Tena Raglin

Ms. Raglin is a lifelong educator with teaching experiences spanning all ages, from birth through college students.

She has worked across the San Joaquin Valley in California to the greater Chicagoland area, including Chicago Public Schools. As an adjunct professor, she taught the course "Cultural Awareness in the Classroom" to elementary education majors. This course includes a 40-hour field experience component that she designed and directs, where students are immersed in urban culture by living in Chicago for a week and visiting Chicago Public Schools throughout the city. Ms. Raglin holds an MA in Early Childhood Education from Governors State University.

Additionally, Ms. Raglin has been involved in teaching the Color Code theory of personality science for over 20 years. She believes it is a valuable tool for teachers and students to understand relationship dynamics and why humans interact the way they do.
